September 7th—
Welcome Back Kick off Dance
Featuring Stan Strickland and Helena Froelich.
Followed by dj’d music from the 3R’s (Relax, Rejuvenate and Revel)

September 21st—
Meet at 6:30 for a picnic in Wellington Park and watch the Fireworks. Then walk 1 block to the dance for the 8:00 Injury Prevention Warm up by Spaulding Rehabilitation Dance/Sports Medicine team members. Followed by dj’d music from the 3R’s (Relax, Rejuvenate and Revel)

October 19th—
8:00—Hula Hooping with Jennifer Aucoin
Jennifer Aucoin will be bring hoops to share with you. She is a great teacher and the class is a lot of fun! Come early, help set up and we can start a bit early.

Relax, Rejuvenate, & Revel with Rose and Robin who lovingly nurture the growing community dance. Their love of dance grew and blossomed into a desire to create highly danceable music for dancers by dancers. With a rhythmic world beat energy that takes us on a musical journey including vintage delights, spanning decades and the globe.

November 2nd—
8:00-9:00 Belly Dance led by Johara
9:00-10:00 Drumming by DrumConnection of Boston!
10:00-11:00 Dj’d music by the 3R’s

DrumConnection of Boston: Alan and members of Boston Drum Circle will keep the rhythm stoked with authentic Áfrican feeling for all of the dancers.

Relax, Rejuvenate, & Revel with the three R’s who lovingly nurture the growing community dance. All three began as community dancers. Their love of dance grew and blossomed into a desire to create highly danceable music for dancers by dancers. With a rhythmic world beat energy that takes us on a musical journey including vintage delights, spanning decades and the globe.

8:00 Tuning Moving Meditations followed by live music with Stan Strickland
In a perpetual dance, your energy flows within and around your body responding to your moves, emotions and thoughts. Like a musical instrument you can consciously choose what you are Tuning in, to develop your well-being. Starting with a Tai Chi style warm-up, you will be invited to practice positive affirmations with gentle moving meditations. Tuning more of who you are, dance fully present in your body!
