This is a fabulous fun-filled event that begins at 8:00 and ends at 11pm. Music provided by some extraordinary DJs. Dancers are welcome to help create this event. If you would like to share music teach a short class or present a performance during the evening, please let us know.

A–Coeur–Dance

My name is Cassie. It’s possible I know some of you but many of you I haven’t met on a dance floor yet. I’m excited to be sharing space with you as I step in to offer to the collective of Dance Friday.

There’s much change a foot and I believe there is no better invitation than to dance it out with our feet to earth and our hearts right on out there to share with one another. What’s moving through your lives that may be assisted through body prayer and stillness filled with potential. If you have space in your calendars let’s aim to meet and move together.

This group has roots! It’s from deep foundations the tree creates a vast canopy. Let us be held under a sheltering umbrella of creativity, communion and celebrate the commitments made to support all our movements In LOVE!

I’m offering the first half of 3 hours give or take in the flow of timing 8-9:30-ish. I request you try to make it on time for the sake of space holding, as well as integration of your movement journey.
