Dance Friday 8pm-9pm Yoga Warm Up Then Freestyle Dancing

The night will start with a yoga class from 8:00 to 9:00, open to all ages and experience levels. We will warm up with basic stretching and get into groups of two for some partner stretching (no partner needed, we will pair up during class). Here we will learn how to use one another’s support to deepen the practice of stretching. We will progress to groups of three for an introduction to acro-yoga beginning with L-Base moves. We will learn how to be birds, folded leaves, and even how to sit on a throne through our exploration of acro-yoga.
